If the Legislative Administration Committee appoints police officers to protect the State Capitol, when performing their duties, the officers shall have the same authority as other peace officers as defined in ORS 133.005. Note: 276.023 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 276 or any series therein by legislative action.
