Oregon Code § ORS 274.935

Ownership, by nonpublic owner of submersible or submerged lands, of new lands created thereon

Whenever new lands are created upon submersible or submerged lands owned by other than a public body, such new lands shall be owned by the owner of the submersible or submerged lands upon which the new lands are created.
