Use of municipal property for rodeos, games, racing and exhibitions

Any municipal corporation having the right to possession of real property within or without its corporate limits may rent, lease or otherwise give possession of such real property for the purpose of conducting such rodeos, baseball games, football games, racing and exhibitions generally as are authorized under the laws of this state.
