(1) Notwithstanding ORS 270.010 (2) or 270.100 to 270.190, a state agency may transfer, convey, donate, exchange or lease to an eligible Indian tribe, as defined in ORS 307.181, any real property or interest in real property owned by the agency at such price and on such terms as the agency may determine. (2) Notwithstanding ORS 273.775 to 273.790, an agency disposing of real property or interest in real property under this section also may convey the mineral and geothermal resource rights in the real property to the Indian tribe. Note: 270.030 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 270 or any series therein by legislative action.
