Oregon Code § ORS 260.012

Prohibition on acceptance of physical currency over $100 as contribution

A candidate, political committee or a petition committee may not accept aggregate contributions from a single source of more than $100 per calendar year in the form of physical currency of the United States or of any other country.
Note: 260.012 was added to and made a part of ORS chapter 260 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
