(1) In each election, an elector has the right to cast the electors ballot in a confidential manner, with no other person knowing how the elector voted in the election. (2)(a) The Secretary of State or county clerk may not disclose as a public record under ORS 192.311 to 192.478 any information that would reveal how a particular elector voted in an election. (b) As used in this subsection, information may be defined by the secretary by rule.
