Oregon Code § ORS 25.265

Access to information in Federal Parent Locator Service; rules

The Department of Justice shall adopt rules establishing a procedure by which a person authorized under federal law may access information in the Federal Parent Locator Service.
Note: 25.265 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 25 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
