(1) The administrator may provide child support services as described in ORS 25.080 only if support rights have been assigned to the state or if a person has provided a written application to the administrator that: (a) Is signed by the person; and (b) Indicates that the person is applying for child support services. (2) An application to enroll in services with the Oregon Child Support Program may be incorporated into a motion or petition that requests child support or a support judgment that provides for payment to the Department of Justice under ORS 25.020. Note: 25.084 was added to and made a part of ORS chapter 25 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
