The Public Employees Benefit Board may group retired state employees and state employees who are not retired for the purpose of entering into contracts for health insurance coverage. Note: 243.302 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 243 or any series therein by legislative action.
