Notwithstanding the provisions of ORS chapters 238 and 238A, the Harney County Health District may offer to its employees, in addition to the Public Employees Retirement System, alternative retirement programs. Note: 237.750 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 237 or any series therein by legislative action.
