Duties of treasurer

The city treasurer shall be treasurer of the board. The treasurer shall keep an accurate account of all moneys received and paid out on account of the board apart from all other accounts, and shall pay out no moneys on account of the board, except upon a warrant drawn upon the treasurer by the chairperson or acting chairperson, countersigned by the secretary or acting secretary, of the board.
