(1) This section applies to the City of Bandon, the City of North Bend and the City of Reedsport. (2) Notwithstanding any provision of the citys charter or code to the contrary, fees, rates or any other charges imposed for municipal water and wastewater services provided by the city may be set by a majority vote of the governing body of the city. Note: 225.087 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 225 or any series therein by legislative action.
