The amendments to ORS 222.210, 222.230, 222.240 and 222.270 made by chapter 702, Oregon Laws 1985, do not apply in territory subject to the jurisdiction of a local government boundary commission. Note: 222.179 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 222 or any series therein by legislative action.
