A city and an airport may enter into an agreement pursuant to which the city provides sewer and water services to the airport without requiring the annexation, or consent to eventual annexation, to the city of the territory on which the airport is situated. Note: 222.118 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 222 or any series therein by legislative action.
