(1) A circuit court may collect such fees as the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court may establish or authorize for any service the court may be required or authorized to perform and for which no fee is provided by law. (2) A fee may not be established under this section for location or inspection of court records. (Fees Not Collectible From Public Bodies)
