That portion of Coos County which constitutes the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 36, township 28 south, range 9 west of the Willamette Meridian is transferred to and made a part of Douglas County. Note: 201.105 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 201 or any series therein by legislative action.
