Requirement to share geological data regarding territorial sea floor

Any person authorized by a public body, as defined in ORS 174.109, to develop energy resources in Oregons territorial sea, shall share any geological and geophysical data, including bathymetry, backscatter, seismic reflection and sample data, generated by the person regarding Oregons territorial sea floor with the Oregon territorial sea mapping project at Oregon State University.
Note: 196.583 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 196 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
