The Oregon Ocean Science Trust shall submit a report to the Legislative Assembly, in the manner provided by ORS 192.245, by March 31 of each even-numbered year, describing the progress of the trust in carrying out its duties specified in ORS 196.566. The report may include relevant issues and trends of significance, including emerging scientific research and public policy. Note: See note under 196.565.
