As used in ORS 196.200 to 196.240 and 196.993, Willamette Falls Locks project means: (1) The project for navigation, Willamette Falls Locks, Willamette River, Oregon, authorized by the Act of June 25, 1910 (61 P.L. 264, 36 Stat. 630, 664, chapter 382); (2) Any land in which the federal government had a property interest for the project described in subsection (1) of this section as of June 11, 2021; and (3) Any improvements on the land described in subsection (2) of this section. Note: 196.200 to 196.240 and 196.993 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 196 or any series therein by legislative action.
