As part of the preparation of the capital construction estimate submitted to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services pursuant to ORS 291.224, the Department of Transportation shall prepare, in addition to any amounts budgeted for the Department of Transportation, a budget request for other funds that may be used to facilitate the sharing of offices and other facilities used by the Department of Transportation with the offices and other facilities used by local government. Note: 184.652 and 184.653 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 184 or any series therein by legislative action.
