The Central Services Division of the Department of Transportation may establish a revolving fund, separate and distinct from the General Fund, not to exceed the aggregate amount of $5,000. Interest earned by the fund shall be credited to the fund. Note: 184.648 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 184 or any series therein by legislative action.
