As used in ORS 182.162 to 182.168: (1) State agency has the meaning given that term in ORS 358.635. (2) Tribe means a federally recognized Indian tribe in Oregon. Note: 182.162 to 182.168 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 182 or any series therein by legislative action.
