A state agency, as defined in ORS 279A.250, authorized by law to acquire real or personal property or any interest therein shall take title to the property or the interest therein in the name of the State of Oregon. Note: 182.112 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 182 or any series therein by legislative action.
