Notwithstanding any provision of the Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure or other laws of this state, service of subpoena upon the Governor shall be made by delivering a copy to the legal counsel to the Governor or, in the legal counsels absence, an assistant to the Governor. LAW ENFORCEMENT MEDALS
