Where appropriate, a person may enforce the legal duties imposed by ORS 166.412 (7)(a) or (b), by the provisions of ORS 30.260 to 30.300 and ORS chapter 183. Note: 166.422 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 166 or any series therein by legislative action.
