Oregon Code § ORS 163.580

Display of sign concerning sale of smoking devices

(1) A person who sells any of the smoking devices listed in ORS 163.575 (1)(d) shall display a sign clearly stating that the sale of such devices to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited by law.
(2) A person who violates this section commits a Class B violation.
Note: 163.580 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 163 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
