Notwithstanding ORS 12.110 the victim of any compensable crime as defined in ORS 147.005 or the victims representative may bring an action at any time within the five-year period after the commission of the compensable crime. Note: 147.065 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 147 or any series therein by legislative action.
