Oregon Code § ORS 147.065

Limitation on time for commencing action for compensable crime

Notwithstanding ORS 12.110 the victim of any compensable crime as defined in ORS 147.005 or the victims representative may bring an action at any time within the five-year period after the commission of the compensable crime.
Note: 147.065 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 147 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
