For purposes of ORS 144.610 and 144.613 to 144.617, parole includes but is not limited to post-prison supervision, and parolee includes but is not limited to persons on post-prison supervision under rules adopted by the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission. Note: 144.622 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 144 or any series therein by legislative action.
