ORS 137.700 and 137.707 do not apply to a person who is under 15 years of age at the time the person commits a crime listed in ORS 137.700 or 137.707. Note: 137.709 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 137 or any series therein by legislative action.
