The Oregon Criminal Justice Commission shall analyze data from the National Use-of-Force Data Collection operated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and report annually in the manner provided in ORS 192.245 to an appropriate committee or interim committee of the Legislative Assembly on the analysis. Note: 137.674 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 137 or any series therein by legislative action.
