If the court suspends the imposition or execution of a part of a sentence of, or imposes a sentence of probation on, any person convicted of violating or attempting to violate ORS 163.365, 163.375, 163.395, 163.405, 163.408, 163.411, 163.425 or 163.427, the court shall sentence the defendant to probation for a period of at least five years and no more than the maximum statutory indeterminate sentence for the offense. Note: 137.012 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 137 or any series therein by legislative action.
