The district attorney shall, in all proceedings against adults in custody under ORS 135.760 to 135.773, obtain for and furnish to the court a certified copy of the judgment, sentence or commitment order pursuant to which the adult in custody is imprisoned. [Formerly 134.560; 2019 c.213 20] DETAINER
