When the magistrate has held the defendant to answer, the magistrate shall at once forward to the court in which the defendant would be triable: (1) The warrant, if any; (2) The information; (3) The statement of the defendant, if the defendant made one; (4) The memoranda mentioned in ORS 135.115 and 135.145; (5) The release agreement or security release of the defendant; and (6) If applicable, any security taken for the appearance of witnesses.
