As used in ORS 133.545 and 133.619, unless the context requires otherwise, mobile tracking device means an electronic or mechanical device which permits the tracking of the movement of a person or object. Note: 133.617 and 133.619 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 133 or any series therein by legislative action.
