Oregon Code § ORS 133.617

Mobile tracking device defined

As used in ORS 133.545 and 133.619, unless the context requires otherwise, mobile tracking device means an electronic or mechanical device which permits the tracking of the movement of a person or object.
Note: 133.617 and 133.619 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 133 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
