(1) When the court has ordered a change of place of trial, if the defendant has been released on security release, conditional release or recognizance, the defendant must, without further notice, appear at the time and place appointed for trial and not depart therefrom without permission of the court. (2) A security deposit is sufficient therefor in all respects as if the action had proceeded to final determination in the court where it was commenced.
