Every charitable organization subject to ORS 128.610 to 128.769 that has received property for charitable purposes shall file with the Attorney General, upon receiving possession or control of such property: (1) A registration statement in the form and with the information designated by the Attorney General by rule; and (2) A copy of the articles of incorporation, trust agreement or other instrument providing for title, powers or duties.
