Except as specifically provided in ORS 114.441 to 114.462, ORS 30.010 to 30.100 and 119.006 to 119.081 and ORS chapters 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117 and 118 apply to wrongful death claims and estates with personal injury claims. Note: See note under 114.441. (Court Approval of Settlement)
