Oregon Code § ORS 109.182

Scope; limitation on use of genetic testing

(1) ORS 109.181 to 109.203 govern genetic testing of an individual in a proceeding to adjudicate parentage, whether the individual:
(a) Voluntarily submits to testing; or
(b) Is tested under an order of the court or a child support agency.
(2) Genetic testing may not be used:
(a) Except as provided in ORS 109.238 (3), to challenge the parentage of a child who was conceived by assisted reproduction, including under a gestational surrogacy agreement; or
(b) To establish a donors parentage of a child who was conceived by assisted reproduction.
