As used in ORS 107.510 to 107.610: (1) Conciliation jurisdiction means domestic relations conciliation jurisdiction and authority exercised under ORS 107.510 to 107.610 by a circuit court in any controversy existing between spouses which may, unless a reconciliation or a settlement of the controversy is effected, result in the dissolution or annulment of the marriage or in disruption of the household. (2) Conciliation services means domestic relations counseling and related services obtained by a circuit court exercising conciliation jurisdiction and used by the court in exercising that jurisdiction. (3) Domestic relations suit means suit for dissolution of the marriage contract, annulment of the marriage or separation. (4) Separation means separation from bed and board and separate maintenance.
