Oklahoma Code § Rule-6.13

Title 74E. Title 74E: Civil Penalties for Violation of Rules

Monetary penalties that may be assessed by the District Court
for violation of these Rules include the following:
(1)  Not less than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) nor more
than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) for a single
violation;
(2)  Not less than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) nor more
than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) for multiple violations in
one lawsuit; and
(3)  Not less than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) nor
more than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) for a
subsequent violation of any Rule after having been determined by a
Court or a settlement agreement to have previously violated any
Rule.
Promulgated by Ethics Commission January 10, 2014; effective upon
Legislature’s sine die adjournment May 23, 2014; operative January
1, 2015.
