Title 74E. Title 74E: Meal Limits for Legislative Liaisons or Legislative

Lobbyist.
A legislative liaison or a legislative lobbyist shall pay no
more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per calendar year for meals
for the Governor, for any individual legislator or for any
individual employee of the Governor or the Legislature, regardless
of the source of funds used for payment.
Promulgated by Ethics Commission January 10, 2014; effective upon
Legislature’s sine die adjournment May 23, 2014; operative January
1, 2015.
