Title 74E. Title 74E: Lobbyist or Legislative Liaison Violation of Rules

through Indirect Action
In no event may a legislative liaison, a legislative lobbyist,
an executive lobbyist or a lobbyist principal do indirectly, through
a third party or through other indirect means, anything that is
prohibited by these Rules.
Promulgated by Ethics Commission January 10, 2014; effective upon
Legislature’s sine die adjournment May 23, 2014; operative January
1, 2015.
