State in an Official Capacity. The Governor, Lieutenant Governor, President Pro Tempore of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives, or their designees, may accept transportation, lodging, meals and other things of value related to the purpose of an event when representing the State of Oklahoma in an official capacity at the event, whether within or outside the geographical boundaries of the State of Oklahoma, provided they receive no other personal benefits.
