A political action committee registered in another state that makes a contribution or contributions to a candidate or candidates for state office shall file a Report of Contributions and Expenditures for Non-Oklahoma Committees. Promulgated by Ethics Commission January 10, 2014; effective upon Legislature’s sine die adjournment May 23, 2014; operative January 1, 2015.
