Election Commission. A political action committee registered with the Federal Election Commission or registered in another state that makes a contribution or contributions to a political party committee, political action committee or candidate committee shall not be required to have a campaign depository in this state. Promulgated by Ethics Commission January 10, 2014; effective upon Legislature’s sine die adjournment May 23, 2014; operative January 1, 2015.
