Title 74E. Title 74E: Candidate Committee Officers

A candidate committee shall have a Chair and a Treasurer, who
may be the same person and who shall serve at the pleasure of the
candidate.  The candidate may be either the Chair or Treasurer of
his or her candidate committee, or both, but a candidate may not be
an officer of any other candidate committee or any political action
committee.  A candidate committee may designate a Deputy Treasurer,
who may perform the duties of the Treasurer in the Treasurer’s
absence and who also shall serve at the candidate’s pleasure.  The
candidate may be the Deputy Treasurer of his or her committee.  The
Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer shall be residents of Oklahoma.
