Title 74E. Title 74E: Hosting Fundraisers in Residence

An individual who holds a fund-raising event for a political
party committee, political action committee or candidate committee
in his or her home may expend personal funds for costs related to
the fund-raising event.  This expenditure shall be considered an in-
kind contribution to the political party committee, political action
committee or candidate committee to the extent that costs exceed One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).  The exclusion of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) shall apply no more than once per year for a political

party committee or a political action committee and no more than
once per campaign for a candidate committee.

1, 2015.
