Contributions to a political party committee may be used to make expenditures for ordinary and necessary campaign expenses, for operating expenses of the political party and for other purposes not otherwise prohibited by law or these Rules that further purposes of the committee. Promulgated by Ethics Commission January 10, 2014; effective upon Legislature’s sine die adjournment May 23, 2014; operative January 1, 2015.
