Campaign Contribution. No state officer or employee shall use a state-owned telephone, state electronic mail or other state equipment, property or services to make a contribution to a political party, a political action committee, a candidate or a state question campaign. Promulgated by Ethics Commission January 10, 2014; effective upon Legislature’s sine die adjournment May 23, 2014; operative January 1, 2015.
