Oklahoma Code § Rule-2.114

Title 74E. Title 74E: Dissolution of Political Party Committee

A political party committee may dissolve when the political
party ceases to be recognized under the laws of the state.  The
committee shall file a Final Report of Contributions and
Expenditures that shows no funds remaining in the committee.
Promulgated by Ethics Commission January 10, 2014; effective upon
Legislature’s sine die adjournment May 23, 2014; operative January
1, 2015.
